ERASMUS + Exchange Mobility Program
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The University of Castello in Spain announces the admission of undergraduate students for the Spring Term of the 2022-2023 academic year within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program.
Application Deadline: November 09, 2022
WHO CAN APPLY?
Only the students of WCU who meet the eligibility criteria below can apply:
- Major: Design
- Year of study: 2nd or 3rd year students
- English Proficiency: B1 or higher
- Grade Point Average (GPA): 75 or higher.
Note: English Proficiency test will be conducted at WCU (A. Rajabli 21, room 111) on the 10.11.2022 at 10:00 and 15:00.
GRANT AND DURATION OF MOBILITY PROGRAM:
1. Duration of the exchange program: 5 months (February-May)
2. Intended Grant per student
- travel expenses - 520 euros
- educational expenses per month - 850 euros
3. Quota: The number of participants is restricted to 4 students
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- CV in English (Europass)
- Motivation letter in English
- Copy of passport
- GPA Confirmation Document (Transcript)
NB: No fee is required from the students to participate in the program.

The student who meets the eligibility criteria below can apply:
- Major: Economics; International Relations, Business Administration.
- Year of study: 2nd or 3rd year students
- English Proficiency: B2 or higher
- Grade Point Average (GPA): 75 or higher.
Note: English Proficiency test will be conducted at WCU (A. Rajabli 21, room 111) on the 16.01.2023 at 10:00 / 15:00.
GRANT AND DURATION OF MOBILITY PROGRAM:
1. Duration of the exchange program: 4 months (April-July 2023)
2. Intended Grant per student
- travel expenses - 275 euros
- educational expenses per month - 850 euros
Quota: Only 1 student will be nominated.

The student who meets the eligibility criteria below can apply:
- Major: Business Administration
- Year of study: 2nd or 3rd year students
- English Proficiency: B2 or higher
- Grade Point Average (GPA): 75 or higher.
Note: English Proficiency test will be conducted at WCU (A. Rajabli 21, room 111) on the 29.12.2022 at 10:00/15:00.
GRANT AND DURATION OF MOBILITY PROGRAM:
1. Duration of the exchange program: 3 months (20th February-May 2023)
2. Intended Grant per student
- travel expenses - 360 euros
- educational expenses per month - 800 euros
Quota: Only 1 student will be nominated.
