The specialty implies
- the consideration of legal regulation of socio-economic relations, economic activity and subjects of economic activity;
- study of legal entities: concept, signs and types; creation, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities; organizational and legal forms of legal entities and their classification; legal status of an individual entrepreneur; insolvency (bankruptcy) of business entities;
- familiarization with legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of economic activity; general provisions on the contract; separate types of civil law contracts and contractual liability;
- study of legal regulation of employment and employment; employment contract: concept, content, types; conclusion of an employment contract; the procedure for drawing up, changing and terminating an employment contract;
- analysis of legal regimes of information; administrative offenses and administrative responsibility.
